Q1: How do I perform a hard reset?
Answer:
Power off the Zinc II, then power on the device once the boot-up/first image appear, press and hold the "quick menu" button, you should see a 'restoring' prompt'. Keep holding the button until process bar complete and “>>>Restoring<<< “ prompt, then release the "quick menu" button.
Or
Release the "quick menu" button to abort before process bar completed.
*Note: Please remove simcard before Hard Reset.
**Note: to perform Hard-Reset battery level must be more than 50%.
***Note: Hard-resetting the device will cause the device to be reset back to its original default settings and all data will be lost.
Q2: How do I type numbers or symbols by using the slide out keyboard?
Answer:
You will need to press on the " Fn " button once or twice then you will notice a light on the keyboard “ Fn “ is on which located the top right hand corner of the keyboard.
Q3: How do I turn on the caps lock when using the keyboard?
Answer:
To type capital letters throughout, press on the “ Fn “ button follow by "Cap shift" button. Using the same combinations key again to off the caps lock.

Q5: How do I stop all the running program?
Answer:
Go to Task Manager and select one of the application then tap End Task to end the particular application.
Or
Tap End All Tasks to stop all the applications.
