Introduction | FAQ FAQDo I need the upgrade? Where can I download the software? How can I check if the installation is successful or not? How can I downgrade to Windows Mobile 5.0? Can this software upgrade apply to Chinese version? What happens if my upgrade stops? Where can I get the user manual of the Windows Mobile 6? Do I need the upgrade? Check your software version (Start > Settings > System tab > System Information > Version tab). Please note that performing the upgrade will ERASE ALL data and applications. Reinstallation of other add-on applications will be required afterward. Where can I download the software? The software is available in O2 portal www.seeo2.com for registered user only. How can I check if the installation is successful or not? Upon successful installation, the software versions should be updated to: English ROM

Download and install the original WM5 rom which is available in seeo2.com. Can this software upgrade apply to Chinese version? This software upgrade is currently for only English devices. What happens if my upgrade stops? Should the installation process be interrupted or terminated abnormally, please restart your PC, ensure all running applications stopped, then repeat the process again.
