Q1: When I insert my 2G SIM card into the device, it cannot connect to my GSM network. What should I do?
Answer:
Xda Atom Life is designed for 3G network purpose, however, to maintain compatibility, users are able to select network. Tap Start > Settings > Connections > GSM/3G Networks. Select "GSM".
Q2: When I'm doing a video call, the connection is very slow, what should I do?
Answer:
The performance of video calls is dependent upon the network. If you are experiencing slow performance, please enquire with your telco regarding the status of the network. Additionally, you may also want to set the device to automatically select network for best performance. Start > Settings > Connection > Band Switch, under GSM/UMTS band, Select GSM.
